Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almonds, crushed
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup water
3tbs honey or pure maple syrup
1/4 cup pure peanut butter
1/4 cup seed mix
3 tbs shredded dried coconut.
Combine all dry ingredients. Simmer dates and water until dates are soft. Blend if still a bit lumpy. Combine with peanut butter and honey/maple syrup. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix well and press in to slice container and put in fridge over night. Store in freezer.
