Seed Crackers
- 200 g sunflower seeds
- 60 g flax seeds
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 60 g pepitas seeds
- 2 tablespoon Pysllium Husk
- 350 g water
- 1 tablespoon himalyan salt
- I added 2 tab of dukka for a bit of extra flavour as well, so add whatever you would like.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Set aside for 15 mins to allow seeds to absorb the water.
- Line baking tray with baking paper, Bake for 1 hour at 170C
- Leave cracker to cool down in the oven. Remove and break into bite size.
