Jam Drop Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups wholemeal flour
1 1/2 cups almond meal
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbl water
jam
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except water and mix well. If still a bit crumbly, add a little bit of water to stick the mixture together. I use my hands for this part.
Take heaped spoonfuls of the mixture and roll in to balls.
Use your thumb to make a little indent in the centre of the ball and add your jam here.
Bake in oven for about 15min or until golden.
