Holiday workout session – Monday

Welcome to our week of of holiday sessions, planned for you to do at home, at the beach, in your back yard, or anywhere you like. The only MUST – just do it!!! These sessions will range from 10-20 minutes so there is absolutely no excuses not to do something, to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing.

Warm up – Warm up for 2-5 minutes with a slow jog, hip swings, dynamic warm up stretches etc to make sure the body is warmed and ready to go!


25 Body Weight Squats
10 lunge jumps per side
1 minute plank
10 push ups
10 squat jumps
1 minute sprint – (and jog recovery down the hill back to the start) either find a hill or incline to really increase the heart rate
 – repeat 4 times without a break except for the jog run recovery.
