Ginger Cookies

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup macadamias

1/2 cup

1 cup medjool dates

2 tablespoons ground ginger

2 teaspoon of coconut flour

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcuis Line an oven tray with baking paper.

Place your ingredients into your blender or food processor, blend until well combined.

Roll mixture into small balls and place them onto your prepared tray. Flatten to your desired thickness. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden.
