Chocolate Crackles

Recipe:

2 1/2 cups puffed brown rice

3/4 cup chopped cashews

1/2 cup almond meal

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup warmed honey

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 tbl tahini

1 cup crunchy peanut butter (I use home made)

TOP:

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup honey

Combine all the dry ingredients. Combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, tahini and honey and mix thoroughly before pouring over dry ingredients. Mix well and press in to slice pan. Place in fridge while you prepare your chocolate topping.

Combine all topping ingredients and pour over base. Place in freezer to set and enjoy!
