Seed Crackers

  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 60 g flax seeds
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 60 g pepitas seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Pysllium Husk
  • 350 g water
  • 1 tablespoon himalyan salt
  • I added 2 tab of dukka for a bit of extra flavour as well, so add whatever you would like.
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  2. Set aside for 15 mins to allow seeds to absorb the water.
  3. Line baking tray with baking paper, Bake for 1 hour at 170C
  4. Leave cracker to cool down in the oven. Remove and break into bite size.
