Paleo seed crackers

When you feel like something wholesome, cracker-like and delicious – whip up some of our Seedy crackers. They are full of protein and a great afternoon pick me up with some hommus, nut spread or just on their own.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 almond meal or LSA

pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 160 and line baking tray with baking paper. Combine the seeds and almond meal in a bowl. Add 250ml of water and salt and stir until thick and combined. Chia seeds will expand so keep mixing until thick consistency. Spread the mixture on the tray, pressing down using the back of a spoon until it is about 5mm thick. Bake for 30minutes. Remove from oven, cut in to bite sized crackers using a knife, flip them over and bake for another 25 minutes. Cool completely on the tray. Enjoy!
