10min fat burning home session

Need a session you can do at home, in 10 minutes. Maybe a little body weight strength session at the end of a run, or maybe to add to another session you have planned, whatever it is, here is a great 10 minute finisher.

 

10 squat jumps, 6 push ups, 4 burpees. On the minute every minute for 10 minutes. So if it takes you 30seconds to complete the exercises, then rest for 30 seconds, if it takes you 45sec then you get 15 sec rest. Enjoy!
