Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
1 cup oats
3 tab coconut oil
2 tab honey
1 egg
1/2 cup pepitas
1/4 cup sultanas
dash of chia seeds (if you have them)
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- Mix oil, honey and egg together and add to dry ingredients
- Roll in to balls and pop on baking tray, press down slightly to make ‘fat biscuits’
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until browned
