Almond Sultana Biscuits


1 cup almond meal

1 cup oats

3 tab coconut oil

2 tab honey

1 egg

1/2 cup pepitas

1/4 cup sultanas

dash of chia seeds (if you have them)


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together
  2. Mix oil, honey and egg together and add to dry ingredients
  3. Roll in to balls and pop on baking tray, press down slightly to make ‘fat biscuits’
  4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until browned
